Posterior Shoulder Tightness
Recently we published an article in "Sports Health" http://sph.sagepub.com/content/2/2/94.abstract describing a method of gaining posterior shoulder mobility via joint mobilization and stretching. We used the cross arm stretch seen in image below. What are your favorite methods to gain motion to the shoulder that has lost internal rotation and what evidence do you have to support that method?
